What should you do during breaks to return to work rested and refreshed?
Go for a walk
Fresh air and walking reduce the risk of heart disease, boost the immune system, increase energy levels and, of course, improve mood as well as the mental health.
Exercise
Sedentary work is often the cause of back, neck and spine pain. In order to avoid this, we recommend doing just a few simple exercises at least once a day. You can also do them while sitting on a bean bag. For example: get comfortable on a bean bag, stretch your arms out to the sides and gently lift them up, stretching all the muscles.
Take a nap
If you need a quick burst of energy, take a nap for 15-30 minutes while lying comfortably on soft furniture as it will definitely increase your alertness. Bean bags – sofas are perfect for taking a light nap. They are comfortable to stretch your legs on, rest your head on and enjoy a pleasant rest.
Get something to eat
However, the most important purpose of the lunch break and the main source of energy is a delicious lunch. If you do not have enough time, bring healthy snacks, fruit/vegetables etc. Do not eat in front of the computer, but spend 5-10 minutes sitting on a couch and not looking at the computer screen.
