Profuse is certified, high quality, fire-resistant material. A subdued palette Profuse shades, inspired by the colors of nature, brings peace and harmony feeling. Profuse fabric has an OEKO-TEX® 100 certificate that confirms that this furniture tapestry meets the international ecological standard, so this fabric is completely safe to use, high quality, reliable and contains no harmful substances and allergens. Profuse is also fire-resistant fabric that meets European standards and has certificates to confirm this. Profuse is an inherently fire-resistant material recommended for public interiors such as hotels, restaurant, offices, business centers or libraries. This fabric can be machine-washable at a temperature no higher than 60°C

Product composition

An inner bag, which is filled with pillows filler - polyester fiber bubbles. The inside bag is sewn from elastic textiles so that the bubbles inside the bag can easily adapt to the shape of the outside cover and fill all the cavities of the pillow.

An outer bag, which is easy to take off and wash or clean (depending on the kind of textile it is made of). Outer bag is easy to change, if it is wanted to renew the home interior quickly and for low costs, for example, use soft polyester inside during winter and artificial leather for terrace during summer. 

Filler -sintepon. Sintepon are used for pillow filling - durable, elastic, air-permeable and, most importantly, washable padding.

We are making SLOWDOWN products with love! Product quality control is observed in the process of manufacturing, which is ensured by assigning a quality code in every phase of manufacturing.

Zippers - pillows are made with zippers at the bottom, they allow to adjust the amount of filler.

Pillows are packed in two ways on the request of the client:

1) in two thick and strong bags made of recycled polyethylene or

2) in a cardboard box containing a pre-packed product in a protective polyethylene bag.

Elements for pillows are cut out semi-automatically. This method enables the manufacturer to avoid any divergence from the set measurements and eliminate defects in the final product. Pillows are sown by making a double-stitched seam with reinforced (enhanced strength) threads.

Labels- soft woven labels are used for labelling pillows.
