Here is the
story how a simple dream grew into the biggest bean bag empire. In 2008
Remigijus – the founder and owner of „SLOWDOWN“ – was looking for
some comfortable furniture for his new apartment. He wanted something different
and unusual, however, he could not find anything of that sort in furniture
showrooms.
So, the
only right option for him appeared to make one himself. Seeing how popular and
comfortable his furniture became among his friends, an idea of a bean bag business
became more and more natural to him. Not so common piece of furniture at
that time grew into a very popular and successful business. Youthful,
attractive and also really very comfortable furniture found their audience,
fans and is successfully occupying office buildings, educational center and
private homes. Little bean bag by little bean bag, new and more and more modern
models, more comfortable and just look, where we now!
The design
winner "Cocoon" is designed originally by "balciuno" design
house ran by Remigijus Balčiūnas. This is a soft multifunctional handmade
bean bag! The bean bag adapts to every body and is extremely comfortable, cozy
and cute. The ,,Cocoon" can be found in three sizes by ones heights. Extra
fabric on sides have zippers, which allow its function to be changed. You can
not only sit comfortably on the bean bag, but also use it as a soft blanket.
Without any sharp edges, in very pastel colors, soft and quality fabrics the lightweight
"Cocoon" bean bag will become a stylish addition to a home’s interior
design.
